Inside Flow® Yoga

Inside Flow® means: There is no beginning and no end. This yoga variation is a flowing sequence of asanas in rhythm with loud, modern music. Tradition is transferred into modern times. Inside Flow® Yoga is meant for all persons, who want to experience a dynamic and powerful flow and seek to embetter their physical condition.

If you want to take part in this yoga practice, you need to be trained and have advanced knowledge. You need the knowledge how the asanas are carried out safely and correctly. The class will be loud, hot and demanding.

Please observe yourself during the Inside Flow® Yoga class with sole responsibility, because during this classes you often get so absorbed, you forget everything around – even yourself! ;-)
